The Hacienda Guesthouse Rates
There is a two night minimum when renting the Guesthouse.
The rate is:
$185 per night
We offer a discount of 10% for those staying eight or more nights.
Check-in time: 3:00 pm
Check-out time: 11:00 am
Neither smoking or pets are permitted.
Cancellation:
All rates are subject to change.
There will be no refund with less than 30 days notice. Refunds for reservations on holidays, Spanish Market, Indian Market and Balloon Festival days require a cancellation of sixty days.
Payment:
Payment by personal check, travelers check, money order or cash are acceptable to reserve the Guesthouse.
A deposit of one night will reserve the accommodation.

Directions
From Albuquerque Airport:
Take I-25 North to I-40 East
Exit 175. SR 14 North goes through Sandia Crest, Golden and Madrid. Los Cerrillos is 3 miles North of Madrid.
Turn left into the village to First St. Make a left onto First St.
Take the next right - Waldo Road.
Immediately on your left is an arched doorway with an iron gate. This is the Hacienda, Number 8.
Proceed through the second arch to the door on the left under the portal.
From Santa Fe:
Cerrillos road in Santa Fe becomes the Turquoise Trail (SR 14) going south.
Take Madrid - Highway 14 exit from I-25. Los Cerrillos is about 20 miles from Santa Fe.
Turn right into the village to First St. Make a left onto First St.
Take the next right - Waldo Road.
